Census and plan data you send us during a quoting engagement, which may include employee dates of birth, ZIP codes, coverage tiers and salary bands.

Standard technical data your browser sends, such as IP address and user agent, used for security and rate limiting.

To respond to your request, prepare quotes, and market your group to carriers, PEOs and providers on your behalf.

To administer coverage you place through us, including enrollment, service escalations and renewals.

To meet legal, licensing and carrier record-keeping obligations.

Carriers, PEOs, payroll providers and recordkeepers we approach on your behalf, for the purpose of quoting and administering your coverage.

Service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Census and enrollment data about your employees is handled as confidential information belonging to your company. We use it only to quote, place and administer coverage, and we retain it only as long as required by carriers, regulators and our own record-keeping obligations.
