About this site
SMB Benefits, LLC operates this site to describe brokerage services for PEO, payroll, human resources, employee benefits, retirement and business insurance.
Using this site does not create a broker-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we agree in writing, including any broker of record appointment.
Not advice
Content here is general information, not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Employment law, tax treatment and plan rules vary by state, industry and facts specific to your business. Consult your own attorney, CPA or investment advisor before acting.
Quotes and illustrations
Rates, savings ranges, timelines and estimator outputs shown on this site are illustrative. They are not quotes, offers of coverage, or guarantees. Actual pricing depends on underwriting, census, industry classification, claims history, state, and carrier or provider acceptance.
No coverage is bound, changed or terminated by anything on this website. Coverage changes are effective only when confirmed in writing by the carrier or provider.
Trademarks and independence
SMB Benefits, LLC is an independent brokerage. Provider names, including Paychex® and Paychex Flex®, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify services we broker as an authorized partner. We are not owned or controlled by any provider named on this site, and we do not speak on their behalf.
Your submissions
Do not submit sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers or protected health information through website forms. If we need that data for underwriting, we will provide a secure channel.
You represent that you are authorized to share any company or employee data you send us.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss arising from reliance on site content, and our liability arising out of brokerage services is governed by the written agreement between us.
This template is a starting point, not legal advice. Have counsel adapt it to your entity, licensing and state requirements before publishing, and add your producer license numbers where your state requires disclosure.
